1. FSSS system consists of flame detection, oil layer control, coal layer control, power supply device and main logic cabinet. It has the following main functions:
(1) Furnace purge before furnace ignition and after shutdown;
(2) Oil gun or oil gun group program control;
(3) Fuel system leakage test;
(4) Automatic program ignition, remote ignition and local ignition functions;
(5) Coal feeder, coal mill program start and stop and protection logic;
(6) Coal powder burner control management;
(7) Flame monitoring and automatic flameout protection;
(8) Unit rapid load shedding;
(9) Auxiliary machine failure load reduction;
(10) Flame detector cooling air management;
(11) First trip fault memory display, print out the various causes of the accident and parameter changes in sequence.
FSSS is included in the DCS control system. The system processing module should be redundantly configured. All equipment itself and interfaces can perform self-test to ensure the reliability of the device.
2. The main functions of the boiler burner program control system are:
(1) Ignition preparation: check and confirm all ignition conditions of the boiler;
(2) Ignition control of the igniter: issue operation commands on site and at the central operation panel, and automatically perform the program operation of the igniter ignition and extinguishing through the program control device;
(3) Burner ignition and extinguishing control: issue operation commands on site and at the central operation panel, and automatically perform the program operation of the burner ignition and extinguishing through the program control device, including the control of heavy oil burners, pulverized coal burners (start and stop of pulverizers and coal feeders), gas burners and other combustion systems;
(4) Automatic flame detection: detect the igniter and burner flame signals through the detection circuit, convert them into contact signals and send them to the logic circuit in the main logic control cabinet;
(5) Wind box damper control: used to control the air intake of each burner (air distributor) to improve the economy of the boiler burner;
(6) Status monitoring network: send various operation feedback signals and alarm monitoring signals to the operating personnel, and monitor the status of the burner system and provide operation guidance;
(7) Automatic reduction of fuel quantity: When various accidents occur in the unit, it receives instructions from the unit interlock protection system and automatically reduces the fuel quantity;
(8) As a sub-loop of the control computer: In the hierarchical control of the unit, as an important device at the local control level, it can receive computer automatic start and stop instructions and automatically complete boiler ignition and heavy oil heating furnace control under computer control (coal powder burners need to be controlled manually). In addition, during the start and stop and operation of the unit, the control system also reports various operating condition signals to the computer.
