RTO burners are used for the treatment of organic waste gas. The application industries include coating lines in automobile, shipbuilding, home appliances, containers, etc., and waste gas treatment in production lines such as petrochemical, rubber, coatings, viscose, printing, and enameled wire. It is especially suitable for enterprises that require heat recovery or waste gas treatment in drying lines.
The following focuses on the analysis of the reasons why the burner cannot be started and the treatment methods when it cannot ignite.
Causes and solutions for RTO burner flameout:
A) Is the gas source turned on?
Turn on the gas source.
B) Under normal circumstances, there is no ignition treatment method. (The next issue will focus on the explanation.)
C) Is the solenoid valve activated?
Is the solenoid valve disconnected? When igniting, please pay attention to the sound of the solenoid valve or touch it with your hand to confirm. If there is no action, please check whether there is any error in the solenoid valve wiring.
D) There is flame but no detection.
Is the flame detection UV aged and exceeded the service life? Please update it.
Note: Please confirm that the flame detection UV is in contact with the flame and is not grounded or disconnected when igniting. If the flame electron current is detected to be above the minimum value of 1μA and it cannot ignite, the combustion controller is faulty and please replace it.
