I. Emergency shutdown is required in the following situations
1. When the boiler is short of water and the water level disappears in the drum water level gauge.
2. When the boiler is full of water and the drum water level exceeds the visible water level on the upper part of the drum.
3. When the heating surface bursts and the normal water level of the boiler cannot be maintained.
4. When all water level gauges are damaged.
5. When the boiler steam-water pipe bursts and threatens the safety of equipment and personnel.
6. When the pressure exceeds the action pressure of the safety door, the safety door does not operate, and the exhaust steam to the air cannot be opened.
7. When the burner nozzle is coked and cannot maintain operation.
8. When the main rotating equipment fails, endangering the safety of equipment and personnel.
9. When the fuel burns again in the tail flue, causing the exhaust gas temperature to rise abnormally.
II. The following situations should be reported for shutdown
1. When the pressure-bearing parts of the boiler leak.
2. When the crossbeam of the grate is red hot.
3. When the safety door is activated and cannot be relocated after measures are taken.
4. When the quality of boiler feed water, boiler water, and steam exceeds the standard, or steam and water are mixed and the treatment is ineffective.
5. When other auxiliary equipment is abnormal and endangers the safety of boiler operation.
7. When the slag outlet is severely blocked and cannot be cleared.
