Gas filters are widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, papermaking, medicine, food, electricity, cities, households and other gas use fields. Gas filters are an indispensable device on the medium transmission pipeline. They are usually installed at the inlet end of the pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, positioning valve or other equipment to remove impurities in the medium to protect the normal use of the valve and equipment and reduce equipment maintenance costs.
1. Daily maintenance and care
(1) Always keep the surface of the equipment clean.
(2) When the equipment is stopped, the quick-opening blind plate (flange cover) should be lubricated in time according to regulations. The screw of the opening and closing parts should be lubricated, and other parts should also be lubricated as much as possible. For parts that cannot be lubricated, 10# or 20# engine oil can be injected.
2. Maintenance and care during operation
(1) It is recommended that the operator be responsible for the daily maintenance of the equipment.
(2) Always keep the surface of the equipment clean.
(3) Monitor the differential pressure gauge reading at any time. When the differential pressure reaches 0.02Mpa, the filter element should be flushed.
3. Inspection cycle
(1) The regular inspection of this equipment shall be carried out in accordance with relevant regulations.
(2) Carry out a comprehensive inspection of this equipment and measure the wall thickness of the equipment at least once a year, and conduct non-destructive testing on the pressure-bearing welds of the equipment every two years. All inspection and test results shall be recorded in the technical file of the equipment.
(3) No maintenance shall be carried out when there is pressure inside the equipment.
4. Maintenance during long-term storage
(1) When this equipment is parked for a long time, the liquid in the equipment should be drained.
(2) Close all valves.
(3) Clean the surface of the equipment thoroughly.
(4) Apply anti-grease to all rotating parts.
(5) Cover all parts of the equipment with canvas to prevent dust from accumulating on the surface of the equipment.
