Explain the daily maintenance of the burner

1. It is recommended that the filter in the oil pump be cleaned every three months. If the filter of the oil pump is found to be dirty, the filter at the back of the oil nozzle also needs to be cleaned.

2. The fuel tank should be cleaned once a year.

3. The optimal working time of the oil nozzle is 1000 hours. In order to reduce energy consumption and ensure combustion quality, it is recommended to replace it once a year.

4. After a period of use, dirt will accumulate on the combustion head, fan impeller, etc. in the burner. They should be cleaned regularly according to the cleanliness of the combustion.

5. The area near the burner should be kept clean, and flammable and explosive items should not be piled up.

6. If leakage is found in the oil supply pipe, it must be repaired properly before continued use. At the same time, a dry working environment near the burner must be maintained.

7. Too high, too low or unstable voltage will cause damage to some components of the burner, and even reduce the safety protection provided by the control box when monitoring combustion.

8. The design and installation of the chimney should prevent strong outdoor wind from blowing back into the furnace, and the flue should be cleaned regularly.

9. When the burner burns, it requires a certain volume of fresh combustion air.

10. Do not start the burner frequently. Each start should take at least 3 minutes.

11. If the burner is abnormal during use, professional maintenance personnel should be notified in time.
