Principle and technical characteristics of heavy oil burner


The heavy oil burner is a combustion equipment that improves the combustion performance of heavy oil. It mainly consists of a heavy oil storage tank, a diesel engine tank, an oil filter, a heavy oil supply pump, a heat exchanger, a light and heavy oil conversion valve, a fuel pump, a pressure reducing valve, and a burner. and conveyor pipes, etc.


When entering the burner, the heavy oil is divided into two paths, namely swirl flow oil and axial flow oil, which are similar to the internal and external airflow of the burner. The swirling oil is distributed in the center of the circle on the outside; the axial flow oil is a columnar irradiation flow in the middle. When it reaches the top of the spray gun head, it gathers together and enters the furnace according to the atomizing plate nozzle. The atomizing plate is divided into various specifications according to the height of the nozzle. During the heating and feeding process, atomizer sheets of different specifications should be replaced according to needs. The structure of the burner at the end of the kiln is the same as that of the Jiazhuang, but the proportion of internal air is much higher than that of the external air. The difference between the oil inlet pipe and the Jiazhuang burner is that the liquid is fed along the way, and the oil is pumped along the way.


1. Use a flame propeller to maintain a stable vortex circulation system at the root of the flame and reduce the rotation of the internal wind, thereby reducing the primary wind speed by more than half.


2. Use a flame cover to prevent heavy oil mixed in the air from being dispersed and causing evil effects. The flame shape is more scientific and reasonable, preventing high temperatures in the furnace and extending the service life of the kiln entrance guard iron.


3. The external clean air has intermittent rectangular straight air jets, and changes into an annular gap after reaching the front of the burner. At the same time, increasing the area of the annular gap can extend the flame and increase the temperature in the furnace.


4. The whirlpool blades are installed in front of the inner air duct and 2 cm away from the front of the outer blower wall, which fully exerts the shrinkage effect on flames and prevents high temperatures in the home. You can adjust a rocker of the burner. The position of the swirl blade is positioned at the 6" position of the scale when leaving the factory. The adjustment range is 0} 6 cm. There are no negative numbers. The internal wind swirl can only pull back and extend the flame.


5. The core air disperses the high-temperature gas around the nozzle and pushes it forward, which not only cools the internal structure of the nozzle, but also cools the inner hole, thus protecting the top of the burner head and extending the service life of the burner.
